Do you need lab work done? At SRHC we utilize Ulta Labs. We are able to save our patients up to 80% on lab services. The best part? We can find a lab near you, all throughout the US. If you have labs coming up, please ask about this service!
A provider’s order is not required Insurance will not be billed. Employers will not be billed. Coded super bills will not be provided. Stittleburg Restorative Health Care providers will not review, give medical guidance or plan of care with lab results. It is the sole responsibility for the patient to seek guidance on which tests to order and results. Test results will be emailed to the patient. You are encouraged to share your results with your primary healthcare provider. If you have questions on interpretation of your labs and want guidance from one of our providers an appointment will need to be scheduled and the cost of the visit will be $215.

Our Advanced Functional Testing:
At SRHC, we use advanced, evidence-based functional testing to look deeper than standard labs. These tests help us understand why symptoms are happening, not just name them, so care can be personalized, precise, and effective.
