Harvest Your Zen

Our Mission Statement:

At Harvest your Zen, we strive to educate, raise awareness, and provide alternative medicine services to families regardless of financial status. Through our individualized and unique multidisciplinary approach, we empower individuals to take charge of their physical and mental health. Our mission is to create a safe and supportive environment that allows everyone to access quality healthcare and find peace of mind.

About HYZ's Founder and Creator:

Dr. Taryn is very passionate in all that she stands for and works hard to advocate for her beliefs. That’s how Harvest Your Zen came to fruition! It is her belief that everyone deserves freedom from illness regardless of financial status. There is a huge void in our traditional healthcare model when it comes to merely surviving instead of abundantly thriving.

Dr. Taryn Stittleburg grew up in Neillsville, a small town in central Wisconsin. After graduating from Neillsville High School, she attended Winona State University. She then went on to Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport where she earned her Bachelor of Science and her Doctor of Chiropractic.

Dr. Taryn completed her post graduate study in Functional Diagnostic Medicine through Functional Medicine University, earning the title of Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. If you ask her, she’ll tell you education and learning never stops, which is why she is currently completing her diplomate in American Clinical Board Nutrition.

Dr. Taryn lives on an organic, 100% grass fed dairy farm. She likes to joke that she’s a doctor by day, farmer by night. However, her husband will say she’s a lot better at the doctor title! She has three children, Zayden, Zirah, and Zinley. When not in the office, spending time with her family is where you’ll find her- or maybe snuggling the piglets and/or chicks on the farm. She also enjoys sports, hunting, and the outdoors. (Go Pack Go!)

Our Board Of Directors:

Dawn Vice President

Dawn is a licensed Chiropractic Technician, marketing representative and Chiropractic Radiologic Technician. She graduated with her bachelors in nursing science. However, she knew the conventional mold of medicine wasn’t for her. This is why she brings a multitude of clinical experience in chiropractic, hospital, rehabilitation, functional medicine and nursing home patient care. Dawn has always found herself thriving in environments that help people to be the healthiest they can be.

Something that is very important to Dawn is providing her family with a healthy diet and lifestyle. When not seen in the office Dawn loves spending time with her husband, family and friends. She has a strong passion for triathlons and being active in nature with her husband and two little girls.

She looks forward to contributing to the growth and success of Harvest Your Zen and is excited to have joined the team. Most of all, hearing the positive stories from our patients on how treatment from our team has improved their overall lifestyle!

Molly Treasurer

Hi, I'm Molly, a Human Resources & Business professional by day. I received a BS in Business Administration and Human Resources from Winona State University and am working on my MBA. Above all, I'm a mom of two boys and I'm passionate about providing them the best quality life I can. Children have little control over what food and alternative supports are put into their bodies and they deserve the right without the worry of cost. And that's why I'm proud to be a part of something as special as this non-profit and helping make the world a better place for our children and families.

Shari - Operations

Hi, my name is Shari Stittleburg- mother of 3, grandmother of 6, soon to be 7. I live in Neillsville with my husband, Mark, and 2 dogs. I have an associate degree in interior design and was active playing college basketball and volleyball, while later coaching as our kids were growing up. I love the outdoors including hunting, boating, camping, watching sports; but most of all, a love for my family and friends that have become family.

I began my career in pharmaceutical sales and worked in that space for 12 years. I look back to see how I greatly disagree with that side of healthcare highlighting the consistent use of medicines for symptomatic support. Don’t get me wrong, pharmaceuticals are necessary in certain situations, but not all.

That’s why I am extremely proud to be a part of Harvest Your Zen, which focuses on the promotion of healthy lifestyle choices, especially for the younger ones; touches my heart! Affordable natural care for families to thrive and foreseeing the growth of organic produce for our children and grandchildren is something I’m so excited to see come to fruition.

I believe this non-profit is a representation of the greater good for our society. HYZ offers heartfelt care for children and adults that may be lacking the financial means and gives them the opportunity to receive the care they need.

Jen Board Member

Hi, I’m Jen, a self-employed house cleaning business owner and stay-at-home mom. I am extremely passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, which is why I am excited to be apart of Harvest Your Zen, a non-profit organization aiming to help children and adults find wellness and providing them with the care they deserve.

When I am not running my small business, I am a mom to four boys, Pierce, Mason, Croix and Kolt and wife to my husband Justin. I love spending my days in the pool with them, homeschooling 3 of them, camping, growing our own food and cooking!

I am excited to watch Harvest your Zen grow and see the patients and community we are able to help!
