Meet Dr. Taryn Stittleburg, DC, CFMP, PSc.D
Dr. Taryn Stittleburg grew up in Neillsville, a small town in central Wisconsin. After graduating from Neillsville High School, she attended Winona State University. She then went on to Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport where she earned her Bachelor of Science and her Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. Taryn specialized in Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care because of a high school car accident. She suffered from chronic migraine headaches because of her injuries sustained.
After having her son, Zayden, she started to focus more on living a healthy lifestyle. With childhood illnesses on the rise, she started to divulge into Functional Medicine. Learning how and why the body is supposed to function as it does, became her primary focus. Her daughter, Zirah, joined the world two months early. Dr. Taryn spent, just over, 6 grueling weeks in the NICU while her daughter recovered, researching and learning how to help. While on maternity leave, she completed her post graduate study in Functional Diagnostic Medicine through Functional Medicine University, earning the title of, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. This personalized healthcare treats the individual, not the disease, naturally. This means looking closely at the foundation blocks for good health including hormones, immune function, nutrient status, and genetics. Health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of immense vitality.
When not at the office, Dr. Taryn spends her time with her family. She also enjoys sports and the outdoors.
